💬 Let’s Get to Know You!
At Meals With A Friend, our first priority is making sure you feel seen, valued, and truly supported. We’d love to learn a little about you—your hobbies, interests, favorite foods, and what makes you feel most comfortable. This helps us pair you with the right volunteer and ensure every visit is warm, welcoming, and just right for you.

It’s not an interview—it’s a conversation to help us serve you better. 💛

Option 1: 🛍️ Meal Pickup + Friendly Visit
A volunteer picks up a fresh meal from a Senior Center, grocery store, or restaurant and brings it to your home. Enjoy a delicious meal and warm conversation during a 45–60 minute visit.

Option 2: 🗨️ Friendly Visit Only
Sometimes a friendly face is all you need. A volunteer stops by for a 45–60 minute visit filled with conversation, light activities, or simply good company — no meal necessary.

Option 3: 🍽️ Meal Pickup + Home Meal Setup + Friendly Visit
A volunteer picks up a meal and helps set it up for you at your home (e.g., arranging utensils, plating food if needed), followed by companionship for 45–60 minutes.

Option 6: ✅ Friendly Visit + Card Games 🃏
A volunteer stops by for 45–60 minutes of companionship, focused on playing cards together (favorites like rummy, cribbage, euchre , chess— or whatever game you enjoy!).

Option 7: ✅ Reading + Discussion 📚
A volunteer reads aloud to you for 25–30 minutes, then spends the remaining time discussing the reading, sharing insights, or simply chatting about it.

Option 4: 🍽️Bring-Their-Own Meal + Friendly Visit
A volunteer brings a pre-packed or purchased meal (for themselves) to share the experience of eating together, offering conversation and connection for 45–60 minutes.

Option 5: 🎁 Special Treat + Friendly Visit
A volunteer picks up a special treat— such as a birthday meal, holiday dessert, or a "just because" surprise— and delivers it with a heartwarming 45–60 minute visit.
