Presto Pesto Hamburger Mac
Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
1 pound ground beef
½ cup sun-dried tomato pesto
½ cup sour cream
Directions
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Drain.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Stir pesto and sour cream into ground beef until warmed; add macaroni and mix well.
Cook's Note:
I prefer red pesto (with roasted tomatoes.) Amounts can vary according to preference.

Savory Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
½ onion, chopped
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 (19 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (32 ounce) package frozen potato rounds
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Spread hamburger into bottom of pan, covering entire bottom, gently tamping beef down. Sprinkle with onion. Layer frozen veggies as next layer. Cover with soup, straight from the can, carefully spreading with a spatula to cover entirely.
3. Layer tater tots on top, covering the entire top with tots. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until hamburger is done. Check after 30 minutes; if tots are getting too brown, turn down to 350 degrees F

Basic Baked Spaghetti
Ingredients
¾ pound lean ground beef
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 pound spaghetti
1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crumbly and brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir spaghetti sauce into beef. Reduce heat and simmer.
3. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Stir in spaghetti; cook until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
4. Add spaghetti to meat mixture; mix well. Transfer to a 9x13-inch dish. Top with Cheddar cheese.
5. Bake in the preheated oven until heated through and cheese is bubbly, about 30 minutes.
