Easy Pork Tenderloin Tips

Ingredients

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

  • 2 (1 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix

  • 6 fluid ounces white wine

  • 5 pounds pork tenderloin tips

Directions

1.     Stir mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and white wine together in a slow cooker; add pork tenderloin tips and stir to coat, making sure to separate the pieces of meat.

2.     Cook on Low overnight to 8 hours.

Brown Sugar Ham Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) bone-in fully cooked ham steak

  • 5 tablespoons butter, cubed

  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

1.     Gather the ingredients.

2.     Cook ham steak in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

3.     Remove ham from skillet; drain off any fat. Melt butter in the same skillet over medium-low heat. Stir in brown sugar.

4.     Return ham to skillet. Cook, turning ham often, until heated through and brown sugar has dissolved, about 10 minutes. Reduce heat if brown sugar/butter mixture starts to pop or splatter.

5.     Serve and enjoy!

Yummy Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Italian-style salad dressing

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • 4 boneless pork chops

Directions

1.     In a bowl, mix the Italian-style salad dressing, soy sauce, and pepper.

2.     Place the pork chops in a skillet over medium heat, and cover with the dressing mixture. Cover skillet, and cook pork chops 25 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove cover, reduce heat to low, and continue cooking to desired doneness.
